Kay Allen Agency LLC (also known as Kirstyn J. Allen Consulting) is a coaching and consulting firm that provides strategy and services to our clients. By purchasing our services, you agree to the Terms and Conditions described on this page. Please read them in full and contact us at kirstyn(at)kayallenagency.com with any questions.
Refund/Cancellation Due to the nature of our services, we cannot provide refunds or returns once a contract is executed and the invoice is paid.

Code of Conduct As a client of Kay Allen Agency LLC, you agree to communicate professionally with our team and make a good faith effort to resolve any concerns directly with our team. You agree to honor our office hours, standard response times, and the scope of work provided to you. Kay Allen Agency LLC reserves the right to end your service agreement if you have violated our code of conduct policies. No refunds will be provided for code of conduct violations.

Force Majeure Kay Allen Agency LLC shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance required hereunder if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labor disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature.
Limitation of Liability The Client acknowledges and agrees that Kay Allen Agency LLC will not be liable for any losses or damages including death, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the Client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or any other medical services. You assume responsibility for seeking professional advice and assume liability in doing so.
No Guarantee The client acknowledges and agrees that Kay Allen Agency LLC cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered. Rather, services shall be executed in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practice. Best efforts will be used but no results are promised.
